Very friendly and knowledgeable, they explain everything going on and take time for questions.
She even had a look at my other rat, which I did not have an appointment for. I was there and she took the time.

Friendly staff and the lady at the desk is so cheerful, makes you somewhat comfy being there with a sick animal.
