If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that sincerely cares for animals, do not hesitate to visit us. Our cat, Dasha, is FIV-positive and has chronic kidney disease (CKD). In February, we were told she only had one week to live. We visited most of the so-called veterinary clinics, but they were all the same. They all said, "She's in pain. She hides, so let's kill her." Every time we checked the feline quality of life scale, the results were contradictory. Thankfully, we finally found this place and our vet, Paula. I can't express my gratitude enough for her. She always says, "I don't treat blood results; I treat patients." She has never mentioned euthanasia. She is always ready to help and do everything she can. Your vet is as important as the treatment. If your pet is stressed, how can you expect it to respond well to treatment? For patients in the same situation, Dasha's blood results are improving, and she has gained 250 grams in two weeks. She is finally curious again. This is impressive, even though she's in stage 4 of CKD.
Dear Paula, we owe you a lot, and you deserve all the appreciation in the world. The team always picks up the phone, tries to help us, and cares about us. Thank you for doing your job the way it should be done.
We live in Waalwijk, but the distance is worth it.
